Are you interested in learning about collecting wild food? Join this workshop lead by Sheila Nemcsok, to learn how to safely, sustainably, and ethically find and use herbs, greens, fruits, seeds, nuts and roots from urban nature. This workshop will include a 30-45 minute classroom session on foraging safety, sustainability and ethics, followed by an outdoor lesson about in-season forageable goods around the library campus, giving you hands-on exposure to forageable plants in their natural setting.
